2008 Registration Tax Receipts |

Oakridge hockey registrants will have received a receipt during the 2008 registration. Please follow the instructions below should duplicate receipt is needed.
1. Click here to display the Oakridge Hockey Quick Enrollment login screen
2. Enter your ID and Password then click the GO button.
3. Your Quick Enrollment login Family Profile will be displayed. Click on the INVOICES/PAYMENT RECEIPTS link located at the bottom of the page.
4. Ensure the VIEW/PRINT PAYMENT RECEIPTS tab is active.
5. Click on the VIEW RECEIPTS link for each child.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the PRINT button.
